Homelessness: Apartment on Wheels

David Robbie has been a participant of Santa Barbra's Safe Parking Program for about six months. The program allows him to park his car overnight in private and municipal parking lots.

Because of the freedom his car allows, Robbie prefers living in it over living in a homeless shelter.
