Help Your Older Neighbors Cut Heating Costs

You can’t control energy prices, but you can lower your utility bills. And as an Operation Energy Save volunteer, you can help friends and neighbors conserve energy and save money while staying warm this winter.

Operation Energy Save encourages individuals and community groups to share tips to lower heating bills. A tool kit—available at www.aarp.org/CreateTheGood/energy—provides information on how to help, sample announcements and a leave-behind list of cost-saving suggestions.
