Key 11 (Foreign/military success): The incumbent administration achieves a major success in foreign or military affairs.

Tell us what you think. Has the current administration experienced a major success in foreign or military affairs?  Would you consider the surge in Iraq a success?  Does the fact that no terrorist attack has occurred on U.S. soil prove a military success?
