Thanks to a new 42 percent tax incentive for filmmakers, unexpected opportunities have risen in Detroit. Around $250 million will be spent by filmmakers in Michigan in 2009.

Oakland Community College and S3 entertainment group teamed up to provide film industry training to individuals looking to make a new career out of the growing industry. Meet former auto industry workers who are hoping this workshop can help provide a means of security in the future.
