MARION COUNTY GRAND JURY INDICTMENTS

Indicted Monday were: ANGLE , Carlos, 37, of Fairmont, second-degree sexual assault and burglary. BARTHOLOW , Brenda Lynn, 27, of Fairmont, seven counts of forgery and seven counts of uttering. DELIGATTI , Jerry A., 41, of Fairmont, fleeing in a vehicle while DUI and first-offense aggravated DUI. DILLIE , Jessie, 28, of Mannington, breaking and entering and conspiracy to commit a felony. DULANEY , Toni Jo, 21, of Mannington, breaking and entering and conspiracy to commit a felony. EARLEY , James William, 50, of Mannington, breaking and entering and conspiracy to commit a felony. GOFF , Marshal Ray, 38, of Barrackville, burglary and petty larceny. GORS , Jarred Kauhula, 31, of Arnold, Pa., forgery of a public record, uttering of a public record, and driving while license is suspended or revoked for DUI. HANSON , Michael Lee, 27, of Fairmont, two counts of firstdegree sexual assault and two counts of sexual abuse. HARTMAN , Joseph Nathaniel, 26, of Petersburg, unlawful assault and domestic battery. KENDALL , Kenneth L., 43, of Fairmont, embezzlement. KONCHESKY , Robert Joseph, 72, of Morgantown, felony worthless check. LEHMAN , Brad Alan, 36, of Fairmont, third-offense DUI and second-offense driving while license is suspended or revoked for DUI. MCKINLEY , Barbara, 41, of Fairmont, forgery, uttering, fraudulent use of an access device, and conspiracy to commit a felony. MCKINLEY , Felicia, 24, of Fairmont, forgery, uttering, fraudulent use of an access device, and conspiracy to commit a felony. MILLER , Roger Lee, 35, of Baxter, burglary, grand larceny, and conspiracy to commit a felony. MONELL , Michael Joseph, 45, of Fairmont, delivery of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. MOON , Leslie Dale, 64, of Fairmont, five counts of employment or use of a minor to produce obscene matter. MORRIS , Michael Allen, 30, in jail, first-degree robbery. PRINCE , David C., 27, of Clarksburg, malicious assault and battery. PRUITT , Jha-Braun Sareem, 26, of Fairmont, malicious assault. RILEY , Michael Alan, 20, of Fairmont, two counts of counterfeiting. ROBINSON , Willie Jeron, 33, of Fairmont, forgery and uttering. VALENTINE , Richard Morgan IV, 34, of Fairmont, firstdegree arson and breaking and entering. WILLIAMS , Jerome Rovaughn, 41, of Fairmont, bringing into this state receiving or disposing of property in another state.

Indicted Tuesday were: COSBY , Jovohna Mark, 31, of Pittsburgh, conspiracy to commit a felony. DELOVICH , Matthew Allen, 24, of Fairmont, destruction of property, receiving or transferring stolen property, and conspiracy to commit a felony. EARLEY , James William, 49, of Mannington, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. FLETCHER , Joshua Lynn, 23, of Fairview, four counts of delivery of a controlled substance and conspiracy to commit a felony. FOX , Travis, 20, no hometown listed, delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school and delivery of controlled substance. GALLOWAY , Jason Ross, 28, of Fairmont, nighttime burglary and domestic battery. GOFF , Marshal Ray, 38, of Barrackville, first-degree robbery. HAMPTON , Sheldon Laymont, 20, of Morgantown, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. JOHNSON , Timothy, 35, of Fairmont, five counts of sexual abuse. KEENER , Heather, 27, of Fairmont, nine counts of obtaining a controlled substance by misrepresentation, fraud, forgery, deception or subterfuge. KEENER , Melanie, 51, of Fairmont, nine counts of obtaining a controlled substance by misrepresentation, fraud, forgery, deception, or subterfuge. KNICELY , Robert W., 49, of Rivesville, fleeing in a vehicle while DUI, secondoffense DUI, and driving while license is suspended or revoked for DUI. MASTERS , Nathaniel Shane, 32, of Carolina, third-offense driving while license is suspended or revoked for DUI, and first-offense aggravated DUI. MARTIN , Michael Wayne, 39, of Montana Mines, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. MAYLE , Adam Andrew, 26, of Fairmont, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. METZ , Mark Anthony, 34, of Horner, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. MOORE , Larney Edward II, 22, no hometown listed, grand larceny. NESTER , Vickie Lynn, 59, of Farmington, six counts of first-degree sexual assault, 12 counts involving sexual abuse and two counts of use of obscene matter with intent to seduce minor. NEWBROUGH , Brittiny N., no age listed, of Fairmont, attempted third-degree sexual assault, sexual abuse, child neglect creating the risk of injury or death, and conspiracy to commit a felony. NEWBROUGH , Jonathan D., 24, of Fairmont, attempted third-degree sexual assault, sexual abuse, child neglect creating risk of injury or death, and conspiracy to commit a felony. NORTHCRAFT , Chad C., 29, of Morgantown, fleeing in a vehicle while DUI and DUI. POWELL , Amanda Jo, 30, of Metz, unlawful assault. PRIESTER , Stephen Paul, 32, of Fairmont, embezzlement.
