Attorney will discuss legal issues of elderly

The Mililani Public Library is scheduled to host a "Get Your Family Legal Affairs Organized" presentation on March 27.

The free presentation, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., will be led by Scott Suzuki, a local attorney and volunteer with the University of Hawai'i at Manoa Elder Law Program. Suzuki will discuss issues including advanced healthcare directives, power of attorney, trusts, living wills, and Medicare and Medicaid. A question-and-answer session will follow.
